I Am Emphatic, About the Lymphatic, System!

With all the blood that spurts out in violent television shows, movies and games, it is not surprising that it is often forgotten (or not known at all) that the human body has two circulatory systems: One for blood and the second for clear lymphatic fluids.

The lymphatic system consists of organs (spleen, bone marrow and thymus), ducts, and nodes spread throughout the body. This system transports a watery clear fluid called lymph via its many channels. This lymph (fluid) distributes immune cells and other factors throughout the body. It also interacts with the blood circulatory system to drain fluid from cells and tissues (interstitial fluids) which is returned to the blood system.

The lymphatic system contains immune cells called lymphocytes (T-cells, for example), which protect the body against antigens (viruses, bacteria, etc.) that invade the body. You are probably aware of the swelling of lymph nodes when you have a cold. This is due to enhanced production of specific cells and the division of activated T and B cells.

One interesting aspect of the lymphatic system is that it works through body motion alone - there is no pumping organ similar to the heart. The fluid moves when we move or in response to gravity.

Your good health depends upon a well functioning lymph system. But often its channels become clogged by toxins that we absorb from the air, from water and the food we eat. And if the fluids don't move, our cells don't work as well. The result... we get sick.

Now you know one good reason why everyone harps on exercise! Walking and other physical activities help to keep the fluids in motion.

Urban Rebounder
One excellent way to stimulate the lymphatic system and help unclog channels and remove toxins is to use a rebounder or mini-trampoline. The action of jumping up and down on a rebounder stimulates every cell in the body in a way that is very beneficial to the lymphatic system.

Every child know the value of jumping up and down on a bed! If you are working on improving your health and preventing new diseases in your life, you should consider the use of a rebounder, ten minutes day. The positive effect on the lymphatic system alone can be stunning.

Your Choice: The Poisoned Apple or The Organic Apple

I want you to do a thought experiment (just imagine it, don't do it in real life).

Imagine taking an apple from the kitchen and spraying it with bug spray.

Now answer this question: Would you give this to your kid to eat?

Of course, not.

Apple Appeal - Organic

One of many organic products from GotFruit.Com!

Now imagine washing this sprayed apple. Are you going to give this apple to your child to eat now?

No! You're going to throw it away. It's been sprayed with bug spray...

Guess what? During the growing season, the normal commercial apple tree and its fruit are sprayed with pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and chemical fertilizers several times. And that multiple sprayed apple is the one you and your children are eating. Do you think it is well washed when you buy it? Do you think that none of these chemical poisons have not seeped into the fruit to become part of the apple?

Those toxins from the sprays go into your body after you eat the "poisoned" apple.

Organic apples are grown without these toxic chemical being used. So what should you be eating?

For me and my family, we are eating organic apples! It just makes good common health sense.

Listen to Your Stomach - It is Trying to Warn You!

If you are sick or have an ongoing disease - there is a good chance that your health problems can be traced to what you have put into your stomach. Many diseases can be traced to these two conditions that face every American:

1) You are nutritionally deficient - your diet does not provide enough vitamins, minerals and other bio-substances to keep your cells and body healthy.

2) Your body is full of toxins. These toxins are in the food you eat and the water you drink. These poisons range from artificial sweeteners to heavy metals, jet fuel to monosodium glutamate.

I bet your stomach has been warning you about these health risks by being upset, having acid indigestion and other pains.

Growing up I ate milk and cereal for breakfast all the time. But as I got older I realized that milk gave me indigestion, but I was not lactose intolerant. What had happened? At the time, I did not know, but I did stop drinking milk and I stopped having heart burn.

Know I have learned that at some point in my childhood my parents switched from whole milk to homogenized milk. And guess what, they are not the same thing. Whole milk is a food, while homogenized milk is a man-made product. Homogenizing milk creates tiny molecules that when drunk, enter the bloodstream and scar the arteries. And this leads to heart disease.

My stomach warned me and I stopped drinking the modified milk. What is your stomach warning you about? If your having heart burn and other stomach problems, you need to change what you are eating.

Yes, I mean, whole, organic foods. This includes organic meats as well as fruits, vegetables and organic treats like dark chocolate. Your stomach know what is good for the body, listen to it.
